This consists of one discounted private lesson and one group class. The cost is $25. You will do the private class first so you can learn some basic moves and learn how our group classes are run so you won't feel lost when you try the group class! We make things easy for you! Just fill out a size form and we order your Atmosphere gi and/or Thai boxing gear. We do the rest ensuring you are equipped with the proper Atmosphere uniform and safety equipment for you classes!
